Mike Toppa has been developing web applications for over 20 years, since the days of the Mosaic browser and HTML 1.0. Prior to establishing Toppa Consulting, Mike was Director of the Web Applications team at Penn’s School of Medicine. He’s also worked at WebDevStudios, E-Trade, Ask Jeeves, the venture-funded startup ElectNext, Stanford University, and Georgetown University. Mike has led the adoption of Agile practices at several organizations. When away from his computer, you will most likely find him embroiled in a nerf gun battle with his 2 young boys, or tearing down yet another wall in house.
